Chambersburg man arrested for assaulting-injuring hospital security officer

Chambersburg Police Department was dispatched to the Chambersburg Hospital Wednesday to assist hospital security with a patient that was being violent.
It was determined that Adrian Casey, 23, Chambersburg, assaulted and injured a security officer.
Casey has been charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.
Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham’s set bail in the case at $75,000.
He is in Franklin County Jail, unable to post the bail.
His next court date is a preliminary hearing on March 24.
