Chicago man charged with threatening, fighting Nashville security personnel
Nashville TN Sept 29 2021
22 year-old Marcin Kruzel, from Chicago where he has prior street-racing-related arrests, was taken into custody early Sunday morning after threatening security staff at ACME in downtown Nashville, and telling them he was going to “fight them all”.
He appeared drunk and belligerent, and refused to obey basic commands from officers, and was ‘tensing up’ on them during the encounter.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. He is free on pre-trial release.
Police responded to the ACME bar at 111 broadway because this individual was asked to leave by security because he was drunk and belligerent. The subject then started threatening the security guards at the club and stated that he was going to fight them all.
After police arrived on the scene and was attempting to place him into custody he kept tensing upon officers and refused to obey verbal commands. This subject is highly intoxicated and while we were outside of the club on a public sidewalk he kept screaming that he was going to fight security.
He has been charged with:
RESISTING ARREST
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
PUBLIC INTOXICATION
