Del City Police Investigating Security Guard Opening Fire In A Store Parking Lot
Del City Oklahoma July 5th 2020 Del City police are investigating a scene Saturday where an armed security guard opened fire in a Walmart parking lot.
The Walmart is located near the intersection of Southeast 15th Street and Sooner Road.
Authorities said an off duty officer from another agency who was working as a security guard shot at a suspected shoplifter.
Initial reports claim that the suspect tried to run the officer over.
While the suspect got away, police believe he was shot.
