A private security officer shot two men who had begun firing into a crowd at a bar early Wednesday.
Police were dispatched to the Views Bar and Grill on Grand River Avenue in Detroit, the report said.

The suspects opened fire on the crowd around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, and that’s when an on-duty security officer returned fire, striking both of the suspects.
One of the suspects is in critical condition while the other is stable, the report said.
It’s unclear whether anyone else was injured during the incident.
Police are still investigating the report said.
