Detroit student attacks teacher and security officer
Detroit MI January 12 2019 A Cody High School student was arrested THursday for allegely attacking a substitute teacher and security guard.
The Detroit Public Schools Community District released a statement on the incident, saying that they are “terribly disappointed” that one of their students would attack a teacher. The district added that the incident allegedly occurred because the substitute teacher made administration aware that the student had drugs in his possession.
The student was arrested and the districts says that he will not be returning to the school.
No information has been provided regarding possible charges.
