Dr. accused of raping patients at Albemarle Pain Management Associated Clinic
CHARLOTTESVILLE VA Jan 7 2018  — A doctor was arrested Friday on two counts of rape, two counts of object sexual penetration, and one count of forcible sodomy, according to Albemarle County Police Department.
Dr. Mark Hormuz Dean is accused of committing the assaults at the Albemarle Pain Management Associated Clinic, according to a news release.
Dean, 50, of Keswick, was indicted by a grand jury in Albemarle County and is being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond, the release said.
