Drunken panhandler assaults security officer

Police responded to an assault in progress involving a private security officer.
Officers arrived and found that a drunken panhandler was pushing and kicking a security guard/
Security had asked the man to leave the property in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway when he attacked him.
Police took the man into custody and filed assault charges against him.
