Eugene police charge security guard with luring teen
EUGENE, Ore. Nov 12 2017— Eugene Police are seeking additional information or tips in the case of 26-year-old Dylan Michael Ruhs of Petaluma, California, who was arrested on seven felony counts of luring a minor, two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor and one felony charge of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct.
The victim in this case is a minor female whom he met online at age 15, police said.
Ruhs was working as a security officer in Napa and living with his parents in Petaluma during the contact with the victim, who is now 17, according to EPD.
Police say there may be additional California victims in Napa, Petaluma, Fairfield, Clayton, and Solano counties dating back as far as 2012.
