Female shoplifter threatens store security with syringe
Regina Canada Jan 10, 2022 A Regina female is facing two charges following police investigation into a Robbery at a business.
On Monday, January 3, 2022, at approximately 8:10 p.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 300 block of Albert Street North. The initial information provided was that a suspect female was shoplifting and threatened a security guard with a syringe before leaving the business. The suspect was later located and arrested at another police call at a business in the 1800 block of Saskatchewan Drive.
Thirty-eight year-old Whitney WHITECAP, of Regina, is charged with;
Robbery s. 334(1)(b) CC; and
Uttering threats, s. 264.1(1)(a) CC.
WHITECAP was remanded into custody and made her first appearance in Provincial Court on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
