Maricopa County AZ Feb 18 2018 A former security officer at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station and U.S. military reserve sergeant has pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

In 2016, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Cyber Crimes Unit arrested 33-year-old Andres Talamante. MCSO found child pornography downloaded to Talamante’s laptop. He had videos of children, ranging in age from 3 to 12 years old, being sexually abused by adults.

Talamante now faces between 12 to 20 years in prison and will be placed on a lifetime of probation, once he is released from prison. his sentencing is set for Friday, April 6th.
