Four Winds Hospital security report bear came to close for comfort
Lewisboro NY July 6 2021
Police responded to a trespasser at the Four Winds Hospital.
Security officers there reported that the unwanted person was really a black bear
that came to close to the hospital for some people’s comfort.
Lewisboro police responded and investigated and was told by hospital security that they scared the bear back into the woods toward the Meadows.
A resident said they saw the bear leave the Meadows and cross Route 35 into the woods.
