Collins was apprehended in the Phoenix metro area to face burglary, vehicle theft and drug charges in North Carolina.
Navajo County Sheriff David Clouse said Saturday night Collins is believed to have returned to the Valley.
Collins is described as 5’7″ tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a sleeve tattoo on his left arm and a Playboy bunny on the right side of his neck.
