Off-duty Gwinnett officer working security finds murder victim

Saturday night, an off-duty Gwinnett officer who was working security at a karaoke restaurant along Britt Road heard gunfire and went to investigate.
The shots were close by officials said.
The officer drove through the shopping center and located three victims, Gwinnett police said. One was dead at the scene, and two others had gunshot wounds.
More police officers responded and taped off the area while EMS attended to the victims
The two surviving victims were taken to a hospital.
The name of the man who was killed was not released.
An investigation is ongoing.
