Henrico County VA passes away suddenly
HENRICO, VA December 22 2018 Henrico County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of a beloved deputy who passed away on Wednesday evening.
Deputy Sheriff Rick Slough was outside playing with his children when he suddenly collapsed. He was then transported to an area hospital, where he later died. The exact cause of death is unknown at this time.
Deputy Slough began his career with the Henrico County Sheriff’s Office in 1990. He retired in 2016.
Deputy Slough returned to the office after retiring to work part-time in the court system.
