Idaho security officers assaulted during rodeo

Several fights and several assaults of security officers working a rodeo was reported by county authorities.
Police say that it all happened at the fairgrounds in New Plymouth.
Payette County Sheriff’s Lt. Andy Creech confirmed that the incidents took place the night of Sept. 21 at a rodeo being held at the fairgrounds in New Plymouth. The Sheriff’s Office responded to two complaints of battery within the span of two hours, the first of which happened just before 9 p.m.
Creech said one of the complaints involved a female, Jessica Ayala, 20, of Boise. Ayala had bitten one of the security guards at the event and was subsequently issued a citation for battery.
The second complaint was about a male who made an attempt to choke a security guard. The unidentified subject was trespassed off of the property by law enforcement.
There was no report of any serious injuries during the incidents,
