Jackson MS security officer shot

When security fired back, JPD says a vehicle was struck and two people were shot.
The security officer and the two people inside the vehicle were all transported to UMMC for medical treatment.
The Jackson Police Department would only say the shooting happened sometime Monday morning.
The nightclub is inside the old Copleland’s restaurant building on Ridgewood Road near County Line.
