Male head-butted TKO bar security guard

A man wearing a Yankees cap head-butted a security guard at the TKO Sports Cafe, according to Laredo police.
Moises Andrade III, 30, was arrested on the charge of assault on a security officer.
At about 12:51 a.m. Sept. 21, police officers responded to an assault report at the TKO Sports Cafe on 2324 Jacaman Road. Initial reports indicated that a male had assaulted a security officer before leaving in a blue Ford F-150.
A security guard stated that a male wearing a black Yankees cap head butted him after the security guard had asked the male to leave. Police said the security guard had a left watery, bloodshot eye. Other security guards gave officers Ford’s license plates.
Authorities identified the suspect as Andrade. A sergeant would locate the Ford at Hal’s Landing on 6510 Arena Blvd., where Andrade works, according to police.
“Mr. Andrade advised it was a misunderstanding that he accidentally hit (the security guard),” states the affidavit.
