Man arrested at Bones Arcade after raising rifle at security officer
BILLINGS, Mont. May 5 2018
Billings Police arrested a man Wednesday evening after he allegedly raised a rifle at a Bones Arcade security officer.
Lt. Neil Lawrence said officers responded to a disturbance at Bones Arcade around 10:15 p.m. When officers arrived, they found 32-year-old Jesse Tyler Oldcrow being held down on the ground by a Bones Arcade security officer.
Lt. Lawrence said officers learned Oldcrow was asked to leave the bar for causing a disturbance. He said Oldcrow then went to a vehicle and retrieved a rifle from the trunk.
Lawrence said Oldcrow allegedly turned toward the security officer and began to raise the rifle at him. The security officer ran and tackled Oldcrow, knocking the rifle out of his hands.
The security officer held Oldcrow down and another security officer secured the rifle until police arrived.
Oldcrow is being held at Yellowstone County Detention Facility on a charge of felony assault with a weapon.
