Man arrested for exposing himself at Salina Target store

A homeless Salina man was arrested for exposing himself Sunday after a police officer encountered him with his genitals allegedly exposed in the shoe aisle of a local Target store.
Raymond D.B. Kaumans, 24, was arrested Sunday afternoon at Target at 2939 Market Place, Capt. Paul Forrester told the Salina Journal. Officers were called to the store at around 12:30 p.m. because of a person who was reportedly acting in a bizarre manner and flicking the blade of a knife.
Forrester said an officer made contact with Kaumans in the shoe aisle and saw that his genitals were exposed.
Kaumans was booked for lewd and lascivious behavior.
