Man charged with assaulting Argosy Casino security
Madison County MO December 22, 2022— Madison County officials on Monday charged a man with aggravated battery.
Erik L. Graves, 34, listed as homeless out of Alton, was charged with the Class 2 felony.
The case was presented by the Alton Police Department.
According to court documents, on Dec. 16, Graves allegedly struck a private security officer of Argosy Casino in the face with his hands.
Bail was set at $30,000.
