Man charged with indecent exposure after allegedly masturbating in hospital lobby
Austin TX April 9 2018 The Austin Police Department has charged a man with indecent exposure after they say he was masturbating in a hospital lobby Saturday evening.
According to court documents, officers were called to South Austin Hospital located at 901 W Ben White Blvd.
When they arrived, hospital security told APD several witnesses observed a man — later identified as 26-year-old Andres Villarreal — masturbating in the lobby of the hospital emergency room.
A witness stated as he was sitting in the lobby of the emergency room with his 5-year-old daughter, he observed Villarreal standing by the receptionist desk staring at his daughter and began to pull his pants down. The witness stated Villarreal continued to stare at his daughter and pulled his penis outside of his sweatpants and began to masturbate.
When the witness confronted Villarreal and asked him why he was masturbating, Villarreal stated, “why you up in my business?”
Other witnesses stated they also saw Villarreal playing with himself and noticed his penis outside of his sweatpants.
After reviewing surveillance video, officers arrested Villarreal for Indecent Exposure.
Officers stated after arresting Villarreal, he continued to make offensive gestures with his penis in front of children and patients in the waiting room.
According to court documents, after transporting Villarreal to Travis County Jail, he continued to take his penis outside of his jail pants and made masturbating gestures while in the waiting area.
