DAYTON, Ohio Oct 21 2017A Dayton man has been booked into jail on Felonious Assault and Aggravated Menacing charges, after he’s accused of threatening to blow up the Federal Building in downtown.
Police were called to the building on West Second Street just before 11:15 a.m. Thursday, October 19.
Jonathan Durrough, 41, had already been handcuffed and was in the backseat of a security officer’s cruiser.
Police say Durrough had made threats to blow up the Federal Building after he was told to leave. Officers from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security were called to the scene to investigate.
Police say Durrough was combative, screaming obscenities at them and swearing.

|As officers took Durrough from one police cruiser to another, they say he yelled at one officer “When I get out, I’mma put you in a body bag.”
Police say the threat will be further investigated by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
According to jail records, Durrough is scheduled to make his first court appearance Friday afternoon, October 20.
