MD police arrest two for pulling knife on JC Penney security during robbery
GLEN BURNIE, MD November 29 2019— Officers have arrested two suspects believed to be responsible for a robbery at the JC Penney store at Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie. Nov. 25. The robbery occurred at 12:40 p.m.
Store security officers confronted the two men as they tried leaving the store with merchandise. One of the suspects pulled out a knife and thrust it at a loss prevention officer.
They then took off with the merchandise.
Anne Arundel County police officers were already in the area of the mall conducting holiday patrols and quickly located the suspects.
Lagary Williams 3rd, 29, of Baltimore was arrested and charged with armed robbery, robbery, first degree assault, second degree assault, reckless endangerment and theft from $100 to $1,500. Antwone Jamal Legette Jr., 30, of Baltimore was arrested on an open warrant.
