Memphis security officer shot-left in critical condition
MEMPHIS, TN Oct 9 2017
A security guard is in the hospital after a shooting at a Memphis apartment complex.
The shooting happened at Hillcrest Apartments on Eastwind Drive.
Officers said the guard was sitting in a car when the gunman walked up to the vehicle, opened the door, and shot him three times.
Officers said the security guard fired back, but it’s unclear if the first shooter was hit.
The victim is in critical condition.
The shooter is on the run; there is no information on that person at this time.
