Mississippi Delta Community College police chief dies
MOORHEAD, Miss. Feb 20 2018Â The police chief at Mississippi Delta Community College has died.
School officials posted on its Facebook page that Chief Henry Manuel died Saturday night at his home.
Manuel had more than 20 years of experience.
MDCC is asking for prayers for his family, the students, and the staff.
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we inform you of the untimely passing of MDCC Police Chief Henry Manuel. Last night, our MDCC family lost a soft-hearted giant. Chief Manuel died Saturday night at his home.
Chief Manuel secured and cared for MDCC staff and students as members of his own family. For the last 22 years, he led a life of example for everybody on and off campus.
Our hearts go out to Chief’s family in the face of this great loss, and we offer them our gratitude for sharing him with us over the last 22 years.
