Niagara Falls women arrested for trespassing, arguing with security
Niagara Falls NY Dec 26 2017 A woman who was trespassing at an apartment complex and refused to leave after numerous requests by security was finally arrested.
According to police, the 19-year-old woman was arrested Friday night after she twice refused to leave the Spallino Towers apartment complex in Niagara Falls, city police said.
Officers were called to the 10th Street facility for the second time shortly after 10 p.m. and said that they found Arianna Carr arguing with a security guard and a resident, believed to be her father.
After she continued to refuse police orders to leave the facility, she was charged with disorderly conduct and taken into custody, police said.
Carr did not give an address to police.
It is unknown if she has an attorney in this matter.
