Cops cuffed an on-duty NYPD school safety agent accused of grabbing the buttocks of an 18-year-old female Bronx high school student, police said Thursday.

David Villanueva, 33, was arrested around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with forcible touching and harassment, police said.

The girl Villanueva allegedly grabbed is a student at the New Visions Charter High School for the Humanities II at Southern Blvd. near 145 St. in Mott Haven, sources said.
