Officials stop passenger with shotgun during checkpoint at Tri-State Airport
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. July 8 2020
Transportation Security Administration officials said a passenger flying out of Huntington Tri-State Airport was stopped trying to bring a shotgun at a checkpoint.
Officials said a man packed his shotgun in a soft-sided guitar case and tried to submit it Monday at the airport as a checked bag.
The TSA was able to stop the man.
There was no indication of an arrest in this incident.
