Omaha public schools security guard suspended after a student’s wrist was broken during an incident
OMAHA, Neb. March 7 2021 An investigation is underway after a school security officer was accused of breaking a student’s wrist during a confrontation.
The security guard works at the King Science & Technology Magnet Middle School and has placed on administrative leave following an incident Thursday.
Law enforcement was contacted, according to a letter to parents from school Principal Dr. Carrie Rath, and the incident involving the Omaha Public Schools security guard remains under investigation.
