Pa. man charged with assaulting casino security officer

Police were called to the The Meadows Casino on April 7 after a man assaulted a security officer and refused to leave the property.
Andrew J. Watton, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by North Strabane police with simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he allegedly assaulted a security guard inside a lobby of the casino.
The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
It is not known if the security officer was injured.
