Patterson NJ security officer critical after being shot multiple times
PATERSON NJ Aug 24 2019 — A 25-year-old man was killed and two other people were wounded outside an apartment complex on Presidential Boulevard during a drive-by shooting Thursday night, law enforcement sources said.
The three people were outside the Riverview Towers when they were hit, sources said.
It’s unknown if the three victims, one of whom is a security guard, were the intended targets.
The security guard was shot twice in the stomach and is in very critical condition and another victim was shot in the hip.
No arrests were made as of late Thursday night.
