Philadelphia security guard arrested in fatal shooting of child

An off-duty armed security guard has been arrested after a 12-year-old boy has died after being shot in North Philadelphia.
The incident occurred on 33rd near Clearfield at around 9 p.m. Saturday.
This address is the home of the security guard.
Police say the boy was making a music video with his 14-year-old cousin when that cousin pulled the trigger.
The apartment where the incident took place belonged to another cousin who is a 27-years-old guard, but police have not released his name. He is licensed to carry a firearm.
