Rochester woman accused of attacking security guards and refusing to leave casino

The sheriff’s department has arrested Renee Suzanne Symonds, 51, of Cedar Cove Trail, Rochester, after an incident at the casino.
She is charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
Symonds was arrested after an investigation at Batavia Downs Casino & Hotel on Park Road in Batavia.
She allegedly attacked two security guards at 4:58 p.m. on Jan. 13 after refusing to leave the property.
She is due in Batavia Town Court at 1 p.m. on Jan. 30.
The case was investigated by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle Krzemien, assisted by Deputy David Moore.
