School security officer injured during student fight
Cleveland OH March 21 2019 At 9:30 a.m. March 13, police were called to Brush High School, 4875 Glenlyn Road, where a security guard had been injured.
Officers learned that a girl, 14, instigated a fight with a 15-year-old girl.
The security officer tried to break up the fight, but the girl who started the fight continued to swing her arms and legs, injuring the security guard’s head.
The security officer was taken to Hillcrest Hospital.
The girl who started the fight was charged with felonious assault and turned over to her mother.
