‘Screaming and hollering’ after Newaygo High explosion, 911 caller says

Authorities respond to Newaygo High School after a student ignited an “explosive compound” in class.
Two other students suffered minor injuries, Superintendent Peggy Mathis said.
Mathis said that she was awaiting information on the extent of injuries suffered by the student who allegedly ignited the explosion.
Authorities have not identified the student and said that the investigation is continuing.
The ATF has been called in to assist.
