Secaucus NJ security guard accused of masturbating in front of female co-worker
Secaucus NJ March 14 2023 A security guard at a Secaucus townhouse apartment complex has been charged with committing a lewd act in front of another security guard, Secaucus police said.
Police Chief Dennis Miller said Rideef Scruggs, 36, employed at Xchange at Secaucus Junction at 1000 Riverside Station Boulevard, masturbated in front of a woman co-worker at approximately 7 p.m. on March 7.
Scruggs, of East Orange, turned himself in at Secaucus police headquarters Saturday morning after an investigation by Secaucus police, Miller said.
He was charged with criminal sexual contact and lewdness. Scruggs was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
