Security firm delivering food, medicine to the elderly in Boyd County
BOYD COUNTY, Ky. March 22 2020 A security firm in the region is helping to make sure elderly members of the community are taken care of and avoiding exposure.
BWH Security is taking supplies and delivering groceries or medicine to those 60 and older in Boyd County, Kentucky.
“When I saw that on there this morning, I said ‘praise God that there’s somebody out here that is willing to take the time to go out and shop,’” one customer, Cynthia Gonzalez, said.
Those who need the service can call company’s dispatch center and a guard will take their order.
Guards will also be taking precautions by wearing masks and gloves.
Anyone who needs their service can call BWH Security between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
