Security guard takes loaded gun from third-grade student
WESTWOOD, Ohio March 16, 2022 A student at Westwood Elementary brought a loaded gun to school Thursday.
Cincinnati Public School officials don’t think the third-grade student meant any harm.
A security guard saw the child with the gun and immediately took it away.
Spokeswoman Krista Boyle released a statement that said in part, “The incident is serious and serves as a reminder of the importance of ensuring guns at home are unloaded, locked up, and out of the reach of children at all times.”
No one was hurt.
