Security officer shoots burglar who tried spray painting K-9 partner
Houston TX October 5, 2023 A burglary suspect who a security officer and his K-9 partner caught in the act then pulled out a spray paint can and tried to spray the K9.
That’s when the man was shot by the security officer, according to police.
Police said the burglary suspect also attacked the security officer before the officer shot him.
This happened on Jensen Drive and Providence Street.
The Houston Police Department was notified and when officers arrived, they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said the security officer was not injured.
The burglary suspect is expected to survive.
Police said that charges are pending.
