Shoplifter almost hits Boscov’s LP agent with vehicle trying to escape
North Lebanon Township PA Nov 11 2017 A Lebanon woman was charged with almost hitting a store security officer with her vehicle after she was accused of retail theft.
Deborah Arnold, 61, was charged with retail theft and reckless endangerment after the incident at Boscov’s in Lebanon Valley Mall at 6:56 p.m. Oct. 24, North Lebanon Township police said.
Arnold was accused of failing to pay for $64 in merchandise, police said, adding she refused to listen to store security’s commands to stop. In the parking lot, as the officer was copying the registration number of her vehicle, she backed up, nearly hitting the officer, police said.
