Shots fired at NC mall being investigated
RALEIGH, N.C. May 11 2020— Police rushed to a North Carolina mall Sunday afternoon after witnesses called police reporting a person was firing a gun.
Police reported that witnesses reported seeing someone shooting a gun in the back parking lot of Crabtree Valley Mall on Sunday afternoon.
Raleigh police are investigating with mall staff and looking at surveillance cameras to find out who was shooting a gun just after 2 p.m. on Sunday.
No one was on the scene when police arrived, and there are no suspects and no victims at this time, but police still believe shots were fired.
There no indication that mall security was on duty at the time.
