Shots fired during jewelry store robbery inside Gallery at South DeKalb mall
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. June 29 2021 Police are searching for two men they say shot up a jewelry store inside the Gallery at South DeKalb mall Sunday afternoon.
DeKalb police officers say just before 1:45 p.m., two men entered the store and began shooting at the glass cases.
Officers say the pair escaped with several pieces of jewelry and some other items.
No one was injured during the shooting and police do not have any information on suspects at this time.
It is unclear at this time if the mall was evacuated after the incident.
