St Cloud Man Arrested For Threatening Security With Knife
St Cloud MN March 8 2020 A St. Cloud man is being charged following an incident with a knife at the Red Carpet Nightclub on Sunday.
21-year-old Abdullahi Aden Ibrahim has been charged with one felony count of second-degree assault after an altercation with club security. The club’s security manager told police he had removed Ibrahim due to previous behavior when Ibrahim pulled out a knife and taunted him.
According to the criminal complaint, a witness saw Ibrahim make thrusting motions toward the security guard with the knife when he pushed the door into Ibrahim causing him to drop the knife. Police arrived, shortly after hearing yelling coming from the front of the bar.
Ibrahim is being held on a $200,000 bail without conditions or a $60,000 bail with conditions including not using controlled substances or alcohol and not going to bars or liquor stores. His next court date is April 2nd.
