Suspects sought after bouncer shot in back outside Halifax-area bar
HALIFAX CANADA Aug 5 2018—A man was shot in the back outside a Halifax-area bar Friday night.
Halifax Regional Police say a bouncer for The Ship Victory Bar on Windmill Rd. in Dartmouth was shot in the back after discovering a group of men smashing a vehicle outside the business.

The incident took place around 11:50 p.m. Friday. Multiple shots were fired, according to a police media report, but it does not indicate how many times the victim was shot.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and later released.
Police say investigators canvassed the area to take statements, and a forensic team was called in to process the scene and victim.
The report says suspects immediately fled the area after the incident. They were described as Black males.
The investigation is on-going.
