Texas man arrested for pulling gun on security officer

A customer pulled out a handgun on a security guard at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, according to Laredo police.
Andres Arispe, 24, was charged with aggravated assault against a security officer.
Laredo police officers responded to a report of a person armed with a gun at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina on 5300 San Dario Ave, Suite 124.
Dispatch informed responding officers that the complainant was a security guard and that the male suspect pointed a firearm at him before driving off north on San Dario. On arrival, police met with the security guard.
The security guard stated he had to escort a male out of the bar because he was bothering customers. The suspect was verbally aggressive while he was walking to his car, according to court documents.
Identified as the suspect, Arispe drove to the front entrance of Ojos Locos and pointed a gun at the security guard before driving off. The security guard stated he too pointed a firearm at Arispe, the affidavit states.
Police said they located Arispe at the Pump N Shop in the 8900 block of San Dario. Arispe allowed officers to search his car. Police then found a black handgun in the middle console of the vehicle.
