Toledo man accused of urinating on store’s stash of holiday candy
TOLEDO, Ohio Aug 28 2017 A Toledo man has pleaded not guilty Tuesday after allegedly ruining hundreds of dollars’ worth of Halloween candy in a department store by urinating on it.
48-year-old Christopher Burks faces a charge of criminal damaging or endangering property following his arrest on Monday.
Police say Burks was caught on camera entering an employee-only storage room at the Monroe Street Kohl’s Department Store, where he urinated on more than $600 worth of candy.
Burks is free on a $500 bond.
