Trio threatens Alabama security officer during store robbery
HUNTSVILLE, AL May 5 2018
Huntsville police are looking for three males who got into an altercation with store security at Parkway Place Mall.
The suspects were seen on surveillance video stealing items at Belk. Investigators say when a loss prevention officer tried to take one of them into custody, the other two tried to pull him away. Police say one of the suspects told the loss prevention officer to back off because he had a gun. The threat of using a weapon allowed the trio to get away.
Police say they will be charged with robbery when they’re caught.
