Tulsa man charged with shoot with intent to kill security officer
TULSA, Okla. March 21 2018 Tulsa Police arrested a man they say fired several shots outside a QuikTrip near Admiral and Delaware last week.
A security guard told police he was standing outside with another man who was having an argument with Robert Hogard, the suspected shooter.
Officers say Hogard later pulled a gun and fired a number of shots at the two men.
They say the shooting stemmed from a battle over custody of the victim’s child.
Hogard was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
