Two women held in stabbing of Las Vegas security officer
LAS VEGAS NV Aug 12 2018 Las Vegas police has taken two women into custody after a security officer was stabbed.
Metro police say that the assault took place at a Las Vegas Strip resort Wednesday morning.
Officers responded on a report from Palazzo hotel security just after 5:30 a.m. that a man had been stabbed or cut, according to Lt. David Gordon with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
That man identified as a security officer was taken to UMC, and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, Gordon said.
Metro police have not said what charges the women face.
