TX law enforcement officer killed in fatal crash
CORPUS CHRISTI TX Aug 20 2018– DPS officials say the Ingleside Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a law enforcement officer.
Ingleside police say the crash happened sometime after midnight but couldn’t provide any other information about the investigation.
The Aransas Pass Police Department shared this picture and are saying it was a Nueces County Deputy who was involved in the fatal crash.
The post included,” Our thoughts and prayers go out to Nueces County SO and to the many impacted by the loss of one within the brotherhood. Rest In Peace Deputy White.”
n Ingleside police officer says information about the fatal crash would be released Monday.
Sherriff Jim Kaelin with the Nueces County Sherriff’s Department released this statement on social media Sunday afternoon.
I was awakened this morning with a phone call informing me one of my deputies, Deputy Dustin White, had just been killed in a tragic motorcycle crash in Ingleside. The investigation is still ongoing, but at this time it appears to be a single vehicle collision.
I would ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. This will be a most difficult time for his family.
